All personalization details will be collected after the order is placed. A personalization form will be sent to the email address used at checkout, please double-check that it’s correct and you have access to it.

Wording. You can personalize your stationery pieces with any wording you’d like. Each set can have a different wording.

Design. Design changes are not available at the moment. If you need a custom design for your stationery, please contact us with your ideas and we’d love to create something for you.

Shipping will take additional 1-5 business days depending on the distance traveled. Packages are shipped from San Diego, CA.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Please note that as much as we’d love to hand deliver every order, packages are in the hands of USPS after they leave our studio. We have to rely on their services, we’re not responsible for delays, lost or undeliverable packages once it leaves our studio, but be sure that we’ll do our best to help you with any shipping problems.

If you require quicker processing times, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. This will depend on our current workload and how soon the date requested is.

Rush orders will have an additional fee, and might need a shipping upgrade depending on the date requested.

- Promised shipping dates will completely depend on the customer being responsive, we won't be able to ship on time if the proofs aren't approved when needed.

- Please note that colors vary from monitor to monitor, they may appear slightly different in person.

- If we don't hear back within 10 business days after receiving your personalization details, the order will be made as in the proof and will take an additional week to ship.
